The workers did a good job moving the piano. Nothing was damaged during the move. My only comment would be on punctuality. They were late by 15 minutes but by no means is that the end of the world. The workers were polite and personnel. I would use again if needed.

Everything up to the delivery was fine, however the staff were rude, several items were damaged, bullied into sign off without proper inspection of items, their insurance process is a nightmare and I've been waiting over a month to have this taken care of because they are hiding their insurance agency behind another company.

The customer service was extremely friendly. Their movers impressed me the most. They arrived right on time and they meant just business. They easily packed up everything very quickly. The delivery was made on time and I was delighted realizing that nothing was lost or broken
