Alexis was very patient and explained everything well. Her customer service attitude is what influenced me to sign with this company. My move has not happened yet but I expect great service based on what Alexis has shown me so far.

Each step of the relocation was simple and quick; there was good communication throughout; everyone was timely, polite, and focused on finding solutions and getting the job done.

Both times I used them, they proved to be really helpful to me. Both staff members were hospitable and eager to help with any needs. Overall, it was a terrific bargain, and I had great communication with her the entire time. Would strongly suggest.

They arrived early, quickly moved my furniture, were very efficient, and everything that was moved is in perfect condition. I had specific times set up that my building allowed me to move, and they were there early and finished early. They were extremely nice and polite and very hard workers. I thought that there was an issue with a piece of furniture (it ended up being an issue with my apartment floors), however, they came back the next morning to check it out to make sure. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They made my move easy and stress free.

They did a really wonderful job of handling everything. I had a move from Kansas City Missouri to Chicago Illinoisand I had a 3 bedroom house I was consolidating into a 3 bedroom apartment with a little bit less footage. Breaking down the bigger pieces of furniture was a little bit of a task but easy enough. I tacked on a little more of a charge for help with assembly with some of them because I just couldnt manage it on my own. They did a good job with everything and Im pleased with them as a company
